The Massasoit men’s soccer team scored early and often on the way to a 13-0 victory against Springfield Tech at Warrior Field on Saturday.

BROCKTON, Mass. ---- The Massasoit men's soccer team scored early and often on the way to a 13-0 victory against Springfield Tech at Warrior Field on Saturday.

Charlie Swann (England) netted four goals and Sergio Lobo (Brockton) recorded a hat trick as the Warriors improved to 7-5 overall on the season.

Leon Zaffonato (Brazil) added two goals and three assists, while Jovane Lopes (Brockton) found the back of the net twice in the victory.

The Warriors led 5-0 at the break.

Wilson Fernandes (Cape Verde) finished with three saves in net for the shutout.

Massasoit travels to Bristol CC on Thursday.
